I am presently working as Associate professor at Department of Food Technology, Davangere University. Karnataka. I joined the university at 2019 and have research expertise in the relevant field of Food Biochemistry and Immunology. I had obtained my academic qualification with PhD from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), and Post doctorate studies from University of Nebraska, USA.
