He is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology & Sciences, Visakhapatnam, and Andhra Pradesh - India. His research focuses on modelling and simulation of III–V compound semiconductor materials and devices.
