Bio
The central feature behind development of nerve damage in leprosy is the unique ability of M. leprae to invade the peripheral nervous system and Ninj1 play a rolein nerve regeneration. Therefore, we investigated the genetic variants in Ninj1 for susceptibility to leprosy.
