I am Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management at Avanthi Degree and PG College, Hyderabad, with over 13 years of teaching experience. Holding a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Osmania University, along with an MBA in HR & Marketing and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
