Born in a farm family on 01 September 1995 in Uttar Pradesh; Omkar did M.Sc. (Ag) from N.D. University of Agriculture and Technology, (U.P.) and Ph.D from SVP University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, (U.P). Being the son of a farmer Omkar is exposed and worked in the main cropping systems of eastern Indo-Gangetic plains.
