Dr. Pravash Ranjan Tripathy is working as Dean Academics at Gandhi Engineering College Bhubaneswar. He has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience. He holds Master Degree in Electronics from Sambalpur University in the year 2001 and did his Ph. D. in Electronics from Sambalpur University in the year 2011. He is known for his work on microwave devices and particular on IMPATT devices for RF Communication. Beside this he has other areas of research like wide band gap semiconductor
