35 Years experience both in Academia and Process Industry worked at Senior positions ,played key role in the development of wood free particle board industry in India by establishing plants in Maharashtra & UP.Expertise in Product Development,Selection & Sourcing material ,Quality and Maintenance. Developed Alumina based Ceramic tools to cut 450 BHN and above materials at high speeds. Interests in Surface coatings, machining,Condition Monitoring,Welding,EDM ,Composites and Simulation.
