She holds an M.Phil, Ph.D. in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She has three decades of work experience, as a Strategic Planner and Knowledge Management specialist with leading media organizations like JWT India, Ogilvy, Group M (all WPP companies) and as an academician at Manipal Academy of Higher Education
