Bio
My doctoral thesis focused on enhancing resilience through a mindfulness intervention program and addressed various issues associated with HIV infected adults. Specialized in Resilience, Mindfulness, Yoga and Community Interventions. In the past 6 years, I am being in teaching psychology courses and guiding undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil and Ph.D. research works. Currently coordinating a project for the children living with HIV.
