use both analytical approaches (Equilibrium and Non-equilibrium Statistical Mechanics, Hydrodynamics) and computational methods (Molecular Dynamics, Brownian Dynamics, Monte Carlo) to investigate the dynamics of systems ranging from the cell membrane and the cell cytoskeleton to polymers and colloids in confinement.
