Bio

My area of research: Understanding sun's internal dynamics, thermal and magnetic field structures; helioseismology, genesis of solar cycle and activity phenomena (different than the socalled flux transport dynamos) studies on influence of sun's activity on the Earth's climate, especially Indian Monsoon rainfall, Some of the theoretical studies developed for understanding the sun's structure and activity phenomena are extended for understanding distant stars dynamics and cosmic gamma ray bursts.
