I did B.Sc. (Med..) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1989; M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Meteorology with first ranks from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana in 1993 and 2004, respectively. I have served as an Assistant Agrometeorologist and an Agrometeorologist, and I am currently serving as Principal Scientist at PAU, Ludhiana.
