Dr. Kulkarni Shashikanth is currently the Professor of Civil Engineering at University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has been a Professor Department of Civil Engineering Since 2007. He holds B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from SVU Tirupathi. He then received ME from UVCE Bangalore and PhD degrees with specialization in Water Resources Engineering from IIT Bombay. He holds M.Tech in CSE from JNTUH as well.
