Dr. Kunwar Singh Vaisla, Professor at BTKIT Dwarahat, brings over 26 years of academic and administrative experience. A Senior IEEE Member and e-Governance expert, he has authored 111 publications, holds 3 patents, and guided multiple Ph.D. and M.Tech scholars. He served as Controller of Examinations at UTU and led IT initiatives in Uttarakhand’s health sector. Dr. Vaisla is also the Founder Chair of the Uttarakhand ACM Chapter and an active contributor to research and innovation.
