He received doctorate degree in Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi India [NIRFRank:3] in a R&D Sponsored project of BRNS, DAE Govt.of India and M.Tech degree in Electronics Design and Technology from Tezpur Central University, Assam India. That course was collaborated with IIT Guwahati. He worked in R&D sponsored project at CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, Rajasthan India. His areas of specialization are Nanosensors, Sensor signal Conditioning, Neural Networks and IOT.
