Structural characterization of fungal and bacterial polysaccharides with the help of 2D-NMR spectroscopy and study of their biological activities. Synthesis of polysaccharide based nanoparticles and study of their antibacterial activities against multiple drug resistant bacteria. Identification and design of Low Molecular-Mass Organogelators (LMOGs) and study of their self-assembly properties.
