Bio

I am an Assistant Professor in the department of economics at Kidderpore College, University of Calcutta. My M.Phil. thesis was on “Total Factor Productivity in Indian Organised Manufacturing: The Story of the Noughties”, dealing with productivity in the Indian registered manufacturing sector. I was associated with the India KLEMS project from 2012 to 2022. My research interest is mostly in productivity, trade, and global value chain.
