Bio
Somenath Gorai currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan. He did his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Ropar. The Ph.D thesis titled ""Laminar-Turbulent Transition of Mixed Convection Flows in a Vertical Tube". He investigated the pressure drop, heat transfer, and flow characteristics in the simultaneously developing transitional flow regime, both numerically as well as experimentally.
