Obtained PhD in Biochemistry from Sri Venkateswara University, ICMR Centenary Postdoctoral research from National Institute of Nutrition (NIN-ICMR). Major area of research on Metabolic disorders, Nutraceuticals, Micronutrients, Probiotics and evaluation of medicinal plants for antidiabetic and antiobesity properties. My studies focused on medicinal plants, nutrigenomics and metabolic related chronic diseases which include complications of diabetes and obesity using animal models.
