Laser-based method to crystallize ferroelectric thin film at low temperatures for tunable microwave devices application. Expertise in preparation of different Oxides ceramic targets for (PLD and Rf-sputtering source) and Expertise in deposition of Barium strontium Titanate (BST) thin films using pulsed laser depositions technique and RF-sputtering for the bottom and top electrode deposition, Deposition of Piezoelectric thin/thick films by using Aerosol Deposition (AD) method.
