Dr. P. Malathy is serving in teaching positions in various engineering colleges for 18-plus years. She completed her Ph.D. in the faculty of EE in 2019. She is a university (Anna University, Chennai), second rank holder, in PG in 2007. Dr. P. Malathy bagged first-class with distinction in both her under graduation and graduation. She has supervised many UG and PG student projects. She has co-authored two books, book chapters, and many conference and journal publications with SCI and SCOPUS-index
