Bio

Worked in the fields of Solution Chemistry with a focus on Ion-Solvent and Ion-ion Interactions in non-aqueous solvent systems. Experimental studies on Solvent-Solvent Interactions and it's effects on solvent properties in some binary solvent systems were also attempted. Ph.D. programme revolves mainly round the solvent of Propylene Carbonate with various electrolytes. Post doctoral research dealt with other solvent systems. Such studies lead to industrial applications.
