Prof. C. Subhas obtained his B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur in Feb. 1983, and M. Tech in Electronic Instrumentation and Communication Systems from SVU College of Engineering, Tirupati in March. 1985.
