Bio

Extensive research work in crop-ecophysiology and phenotyping of crops. More than 11 years of experience as independent researcher and project investigator. Major research area includes crop improvement for multiple abiotic stress combinations, photosynthesis, respiration, source and sink dynamics and carbohydrate metabolism. Work on high night temperature and CO2-high temperature interaction is well-recognized in the area.
