Mayukh Sarkar has completed the MS degree in Library and Information Science from ISI, Bangalore, and BLISc. from RBU, Kolkata. He has also awarded a B.A.(Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta, and an M.A. from RBU, Kolkata, in History. His research interest includes Knowledge Management, Knowledge Organisation, Human Information Behaviour, Resource Discovery Services and Systems, Digital Libraries-Archive, and the other areas adjunct to the History, Philosophy, and Information Sciences.
