Bio
Dr. Shivang Shekhar research focuses on the structural reliability assessment of civil infrastructure systems under service loads and extreme events such as earthquakes. His research encompasses nonlinear modeling and analysis of structures, probabilistic seismic risk and vulnerability assessment, life-cycle analysis of structures, application of advanced machine learning algorithms in Earthquake Engineering, and uncertainty quantification in structural reliability problems.
