Prof.Gopinath has 31 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. PhD (Computer Aided Design) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. MBA (Education Management) from KSBM, Mumbai. He started his career as an Associate Lecturer in Govt. Polytechnic, Zaheerabad. Before taking up administrative positions at MITS, Rayagada, JITM Paralakhemundi, Odisha as Principal, he worked with GITAM University, Visakhapatnam for 13 years. He was instrumental in NBA accreditation of JITM and CEC.
