Dr Barnali Roy Choudhury is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, Netaji Subhas Open University. She has several national and international publications in her account. She is the author of the book entitled Resource Optimisation, published by UNESCO and Trends of LGBTQIA+ Community Resources in West Bengal's Higher Education Institutions. She trained more than 500 faculties to create, curate and navigate Open Educational Resources.
