As Director of Manav Rachna Center for Peace & Sustainability, I established the Center and created programs, courses, pedagogies, and internships to promote peace and sustainability. As a Professor and qualified instructional designer, developed e-learning programs and courses accepted by UNESCO-OERBW, used innovative pedagogies and assessment strategies, implemented ICT systems for education delivery, and handled accreditation and compliance projects related to NAAC etc for over15 years.
