I am working as Research Associate with the DeepNano group, University of Glasgow, Scotland, headed by Prof. Vihar P Georgiev. Here, I am responsible to conduct nanoelectronics device simulations such as GAA FET, FinFET etc for the project titled, “Probing the States of Single Molecules for Sensing and Multi-value Memory Applications”. Apart from that I am conducting variability analysis of novel electronic devices. I was also part of the developer group of in-house simulation software called,
