Dr. Abhijit Pramod Chandratreya is currently working as Deputy Director in the Department of Post Graduate Research Centre at SCES’s Indira Institute of Management, Pune for the past 16 years. He joined IIMP after working in various Industries for 17 years. He graduated in Production Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya (Sardar Patel University), Anand, Gujarat, India. He secured a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development from IGNOU. He has been awarded a Ph.D
