Dr DasGupta completed her Masters from University of Calcutta (Rank holder) and received M.Phil and doctoral award as Senior Research Fellow (State Funded) from the same University. She received her MBA from IGNOU, Delhi. Her teaching interest finds in the area like Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Strategic Cost Management, Marketing Management, Corporate Governance etc. She finds Entrepreneurship Development, Microfinance, Banking and Finance etc. under her research arena.
