As a social and behavioural scientist and a psychologist by training, his areas of interest are health promotion, and strengthening the delivery of public (mental) health services to reduce health disparities and inequities. He specifically works with vulnerable populations such as Transgender persons, LGBTQ youth, children in need of care and protection, children in juvenile justice and settings, and women.
