Bio
Pinaki Gayen is a visual artist, visual art researcher and writer. Pinaki obtained Ph.D. in experimental visual aesthetics from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur). His doctoral research dealt with the experimental approach in the area of visual aesthetics under the supervision of Professor Priyadarshi Patnaik. He is a recipient of Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute Fellowship 2018-19 at The University of Toronto, Canada
