Padmasai Arora is working as Professor in Commerce, Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi. She holds a PhD in Finance from the Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi, India. Her doctoral thesis is on Efficiency in commercial banks in India. She has a teaching experience of almost 25 years. Her areas of research interest include efficiency and productivity in Indian commercial banks.
