Computational biology has been the core area of my research in which I have obtained my doctoral degree. Also I have employed statistical approaches in my research to bring out useful insights in some of the biological problems. My research is mainly on mucin 1 gene a biomarker of breast cancer in which I have completed post doctoral fellowship supported by SERB-DST, India.
