Prior to joining NIRDPR, served the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati under the Ministry of MSME then as Assistant Faculty Member (2007-2014) , and Centre for Northeast India, South and South East Asia Studies (CENISEAS) and Peace Studies in OKDISCD
