Bio
I work in the area of Computational Condensed Matter Physics. My research is devoted to understanding the behaviour of low-dimensional semiconducting materials and exploration of their emergent properties for their prospective applications in flexible optoelectronic and thermoelectric devices from first-principle. I have used Plane-wave pseudopotential based density functional theory for electronic structure calculations and materials modeling at the nanoscale as implemented in VASP.
