Has >37 yrs Research experience in Plant Science with specialty in Phytochemistry. Attained PhD in Chemistry-Medicinal Chem. from BHU, Varanasi, India. Has a strong background in phytochemical study of MAPs & Food plants. Handled projects on basic & applied aspects of phytochemistry, bioprospecting & FRCM with emphasis on high productivity, improved quality & cost-effectiveness. Guided 14 PhD & 25 PG Dissertations; Bagged 35 Best Paper Awards. EB. Member of 18 Journals & LM of 21 Sci. Bodies.
