Dr. Rosy Jan is senior assistant professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kashmir, India. She did her Bachelors and Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Kashmir and qualified for the U.G.C. National Eligibility Test (NET/JRF) in 2006.
