Bio

Dr. Thippeswamy M, holds the ‘Assistant Professor’ position at Davangere University, Karnataka, India. His current research work focuses on (i). To isolate and characterize the genes that regulate the abiotic stresses and that might be good candidates for engineering crop plants for enhanced abiotic stress tolerance, (ii). Deciphering the Triacylglycerol biosynthesis, Steroid glycoalkaloids biosynthesis, Tropane alkaloid biosynthesis pathways in selected plants.
