Conducted more than 12 workshops for the school teachers on the areas like teaching methods, NCF2005, thinking skills, communication, critical thinking, neuroscience in education, etc. Guided 9 master-level students. Published more than 20 papers. Invited as an external examiner in reputed government institutions. Also recognized as a Peer Reviewer in Scopus Indexed Journals.
