Dr. H. S. Usha joined this institute on 1st August 2007. She started her career as a Design Engineering at M/s Karthik Consultants, Bengaluru, a consultancy which used to take up a turnkey contract of Food and Aromatic Industries. Then she meandered into academics from 2000 onwards. She believes in resource recovery, reduce, recycle and reuse as a result of which She has developed a passions for synthesizing amphiphiles from environmental friendly, green waste and use it in producing the product
