Having experience in Multi-step synthesis using heterogeneous, nano and eco-friendly catalysts with various strategies. Working on development of new methodologies for organic synthesis and performing in-depth analysis using techniques such as molecular docking, protein binding, antimicrobial activity . There is abundant talent in India and it needs to be utilized effectively .I strongly feel that it is the duty of every teacher to encourage students to think innovatively.
