Dr. Alok Malaviya is currently working as Associate Professor at the Department of Life Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. He received his PhD degree in Biochemical Engg and Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. Later, he worked in various industries, before joining current organization. His research interests lie in Industrial Biotechnology and Fermentation Process Development, especially in the areas of Food, Feed and Nutrition and Probiotic
